LPX.ae Shipping Guidelines

At LPX, we aim to make your delivery experience simple, transparent, and dependable. Below you’ll find an overview of how shipping works when you place an order with us.


Order Handling & Dispatch

All orders are prepared and dispatched during our working days, which run from Sunday to Thursday.

  • Orders placed on non-working days or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times can vary depending on demand levels, your location, or unexpected external factors

If a delay occurs, our team will reach out with an update as soon as possible.


Delivery Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order details such as size, weight, and destination.

From time to time, LPX.ae may offer promotional free delivery on selected orders or during special campaigns.

In certain cases, an extra fee may apply, including but not limited to:

  • Express or priority requests

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations


Shipment Updates

When your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow your delivery progress.

If you have not received tracking information within one business day of dispatch, please contact us at admin@lpx.ae and we will assist you.


Receiving Your Order

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two times.

If nobody is available to receive the order, it may be returned to our facility. In such cases, our team will contact you to decide on the next steps, which may include re-shipment or order cancellation.

Once delivered, we kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately and notify us if anything is damaged or missing.


Service Area

At this stage, LPX.ae ships only within the United Arab Emirates.

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete physical address

  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes


Support With Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, misplaced, or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@lpx.ae. We will coordinate with our courier partners to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Any refunds or replacements will be handled according to our internal review and store policy.


Changes After Ordering

If you need to edit your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

While we will try our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been dispatched.

LPX.ae cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided during checkout.
