At LPX.ae, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy around returns and refunds due to the nature of our products. Please review the information below before making a purchase.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases made on LPX.ae are considered final.
Returns or exchanges are only considered if:

The item arrives damaged, or

You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
We strongly recommend checking your order as soon as it is delivered.
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Claims made after this period will not be reviewed.
To submit a request, please contact admin@lpx.ae and include:

Clear photos and/or video of the issue

A brief description of what is wrong

Images of the original packaging and shipping label
Incomplete requests may not be processed.
Product Condition Requirements
For a return to be approved, the item must remain:

Unused and unopened

In its original packaging

In the same condition in which it was received
Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for return or refund unless verified to be defective or incorrectly supplied.
Review & Approval Process
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on the condition of the product, the evidence provided, and the nature of the issue.
LPX.ae reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund, replacement, or rejection of a claim.
Return Shipping (If Approved)
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. In approved cases within the UAE, return shipping may be covered by us.
Items must be carefully repackaged with all original contents included.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

This process may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Any original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part
